Lessons take place on a weekly basis. (45 minutes upwards is usually the length offered to adults. Children’s lessons may last from 20- 45 minutes.)
I started studying piano very young, focused mainly on classical music. I later moved onto learning popular song and cocktail piano. I am open to teaching any of the above. I also teach harmony and improvisation
I teach ages from 6 upwards- my oldest pupil to date is 82! Many adults learn for pleasure and it’s a new challenge.

Many of my pupils play for leisure. Exams aren’t the only way of progressing as a pianist.
Yes. I enter pupils with the ABRSM and MTB (Music Teacher’s Board.) The latter is an online exam board. Several pupils have chosen this route, as they find it less stressful than taking an in person exam.
